Dear BOYCP School Community,

The safety and security of our students continues to be our highest priority. We understand that moments like these can bring fear and uncertainty. Please know that school is the best and safest place for our students, and daily attendance is more important than ever. When students are in school, they are surrounded by caring adults, a supportive community, and a safe environment designed for learning and growth.

Our staff is well-prepared and trained in the proper protocols to protect our students and our school community should federal law enforcement representatives ever attempt to enter school property or interact with students or staff. Thank you for your continued trust and partnership in keeping BOYCP a safe, welcoming, and supportive place for all students.

To continue prioritizing the safety of our community, we will not be holding our Venta on Saturday, October 18th. We know this event is a special time for families to come together, and we truly appreciate your understanding and flexibility. In addition, Coffee with Admin will be rescheduled for a later date, and we look forward to connecting with you then. Thank you for your continued support as we make adjustments with safety in mind.

La seguridad de nuestros alumnos sigue siendo nuestra máxima prioridad. Entendemos que momentos como estos pueden traer miedo e incertidumbre. Por favor, sepan que la escuela es el mejor y más seguro lugar para nuestros estudiantes, y la asistencia diaria es más importante que nunca. Cuando los estudiantes están en la escuela, están rodeados de adultos que se preocupan, una comunidad de apoyo, y un ambiente seguro diseñado para el aprendizaje y el crecimiento.

Nuestro personal está bien preparado y capacitado en los protocolos adecuados para proteger a nuestros estudiantes y nuestra comunidad escolar en caso de que los representantes de la ley federal alguna vez intenten entrar en la propiedad de la escuela o interactuar con los estudiantes o el personal. Solo un recordatorio que nuestro baile de Homecoming es esta noche de 5 - 9pm.  Para garantizar la seguridad de todos los estudiantes y que todos lleguen a casa a tiempo, pedimos amablemente que los estudiantes sean recogidos puntualmente a las 8:50pm para permitirnos asegurar que todos los estudiantes lleguen a casa con seguridad.
