I am excited to be starting my fourth year as a Chemistry teacher at Back of the Yards College Prep! (Go Bobcats!) I graduated from Beloit College with a bachelor’s in environmental chemistry. I went on to get my first master’s at the University of Rhode Island in Chemical Oceanography. At URI I was able to do amazing research about the chemistry of the ocean, even on a boat in Antarctica! I recently completed my second master’s in science education at UIC. I am truly excited to teach and learn from my students at BOYCP.
