Dear BOYCP School Community,

It’s hard to believe we’ve already reached the end of Quarter 1 — we’re a quarter of the way through the school year! Teachers are finalizing grades today, October 17th by 5:00 PM, and we encourage all families to review their student’s grades in Aspen.

Report Card Pick-Up will take place on Monday, October 27th. This year, we are offering both virtual and in-person options to ensure all families can connect comfortably with their student’s teachers.

• Virtual Option: Families who wish to meet virtually should complete the Google Form. The form includes specific time slots for scheduling meetings with teachers and other support staff. Once the form closes on Tuesday, October 21st, teachers will contact families via TalkingPoints with a Google Meet link and a confirmed time for your virtual conference on Monday, October 27th.
  
  
• In-Person Option: Families attending in person are welcome to visit the school between 11:45 AM and 6:00 PM.

Es difícil creer que ya hemos llegado al final del primer trimestre - ¡estamos a un cuarto del año escolar! Los maestros están finalizando las calificaciones hoy, 17 de octubre a las 5:00 PM, y animamos a todas las familias a revisar las calificaciones de sus estudiantes en Aspen.

La recogida de boletines tendrá lugar el lunes 27 de octubre. Este año, ofrecemos opciones tanto virtuales como presenciales para garantizar que todas las familias puedan conectar cómodamente con los profesores de sus alumnos.

• Opción virtual: Las familias que deseen reunirse virtualmente deben rellenar el formulario de Google. El formulario incluye franjas horarias específicas para programar reuniones con los profesores y otro personal de apoyo. Una vez que el formulario se cierre el martes 21 de octubre, los profesores se pondrán en contacto con las familias a través de TalkingPoints con un enlace de Google Meet y una hora confirmada para su conferencia virtual el lunes 27 de octubre.

• Opción en persona: Las familias que asistan en persona pueden visitar la escuela entre las 11:45 AM y las 6:00 PM.
