Dear BOYCP School Community,

We’re just one week away from winter break, and the excitement is definitely building! Next week is a busy one, so please take a moment to review the important updates and reminders below to help your student stay prepared and informed.

Final exams will take place on Monday and Tuesday, December 15th and 16th, with early dismissal at 2:11 p.m. on both days. Please encourage your student to get plenty of rest and come ready to finish the semester strong.

We also have Picture Day next week:

• 12th Grade: Wednesday, December 17th
• Grades 9–11: Thursday, December 18th

On Friday, December 19th, students will follow an alternate schedule filled with fun winter activities, a pep rally, and a talent show. Dismissal on Friday will be at our regular time of 2:16 p.m.

As temperatures drop, we know students are bundling up for the commute to school. Please remind your child that all outerwear and non-uniform items must be stored in their locker upon arrival. Your support helps us maintain our uniform policy and keep our classrooms focused and distraction-free.

¡Solo queda una semana para las vacaciones de invierno y la emoción va en aumento! La próxima semana será muy ajetreada, así que dedique un momento a revisar las actualizaciones y recordatorios importantes que se incluyen a continuación para ayudar a su hijo a estar preparado e informado.

Los exámenes finales se realizarán el lunes 15 y el martes 16 de diciembre, con salida temprana a las 2:11 p. m. ambos días. Anime a su hijo a que descanse lo suficiente y venga preparado para terminar el semestre con fuerza.

La semana que viene también tenemos el día de las fotos:

• 12.º grado: miércoles, 17 de diciembre.
• Grados 9-11: jueves, 18 de diciembre.

El viernes 19 de diciembre, los alumnos seguirán un horario alternativo repleto de divertidas actividades invernales, una reunión motivacional y un concurso de talentos. La salida del viernes será a la hora habitual, las 2:16 p. m.

A medida que bajan las temperaturas, sabemos que los alumnos se abrigan bien para ir al colegio. Por favor, recuerde a su hijo que toda la ropa de abrigo y las prendas que no formen parte del uniforme deben guardarse en su taquilla al llegar al colegio. Su apoyo nos ayuda a mantener nuestra política de uniformidad y a que nuestras aulas sigan siendo un lugar de concentración y sin distracciones.

距离寒假仅剩一周，期待之情日益高涨！下周日程紧凑，请务必抽空查阅以下重要更新与提醒，帮助您的孩子做好准备并及时了解情况。
