Dear BOYCP School Community,
Semester One wraps up on Friday, December 19th, and we’re excited to help every student finish strong! This is a great time to check your student’s grades together and celebrate their hard work so far. If they need a little boost, remind them that Bobcat Business Hours are open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 3:30–4:30 PM in the Media Center—an easy way to get extra help and stay on track.
Final Exams are coming up on Monday and Tuesday, December 15th and 16th, and we’ll be following a special schedule with dismissal at 2:11 PM on both days.
To feel confident and prepared, students can:
- Ask teachers for review materials
- Organize a study group with friends
- Join tutoring sessions with teachers or at Bobcat Business Hours
Grades on December 19th are final, and we want every student to finish the semester feeling proud. If your student is close to moving a C to a B, encourage them to keep pushing—every point counts! Strong grades open doors to more postsecondary opportunities and support both academic and social-emotional growth.

El primer semestre termina el viernes 19 de diciembre, ¡y estamos encantados de ayudar a todos los alumnos a terminar con buen pie! Es un buen momento para revisar juntos las notas de sus hijos y celebrar el esfuerzo que han realizado hasta ahora. Si necesitan un pequeño empujón, recuérdenles que Bobcat Business Hours está abierto los martes y miércoles de 3:30 a 4:30 p. m. en el centro multimedia, una forma fácil de obtener ayuda adicional y mantenerse al día.
Los exámenes finales se realizarán el lunes 15 y el martes 16 de diciembre, y seguiremos un horario especial con salida a las 2:11 p. m. ambos días.
Para sentirse seguros y preparados, los estudiantes pueden:
- Pedir a los profesores materiales de repaso.
- Organizar un grupo de estudio con amigos.
- Participar en sesiones de tutoría con profesores o en Bobcat Business Hours.
Las calificaciones del 19 de diciembre son definitivas, y queremos que todos los estudiantes terminen el semestre sintiéndose orgullosos. Si su hijo está cerca de pasar de una C a una B, anímelo a seguir esforzándose: ¡cada punto cuenta! Las buenas calificaciones abren las puertas a más oportunidades postsecundarias y favorecen el crecimiento académico y socioemocional.
