Dear BOYCP School Community,
Homecoming is right around the corner! We are excited to celebrate with a full week of Spirit Week fun! We encourage all students and staff to join in—participating in Spirit Week is a great way to show school pride and build connections.
Along with Spirit Week, we’ll have a special Pep Rally on Thursday, October 2 to celebrate our Fall sports teams, play a few games, and enjoy some time together as a school community.
The Homecoming Dance will take place on Friday, October 3 from 5:00–9:00 pm.
- Tickets: $10 Early Bird (Sept. 23, 25 & 26) / $15 after
- Requirements: Passing all classes, 85%+ attendance, no disciplinary infractions of 4+, and grade-level agreement submitted.
- To ensure the safety of all students and that everyone gets home on time, we kindly ask that students be picked up promptly at 9:00 pm.
School spirit is something we all build together, and we look forward to seeing everyone in their spirit gear, cheering on our students, and making this Homecoming week one to remember!
This past Wednesday, September 24, staff, students, and families participated in a Know Your Rights workshop in response to the increased ICE presence in our community. Thank you to everyone who joined this important and informative session. As a resource, Know Your Rights cards are available in 16 languages at IllinoisImmigrationInfo.org.

¡Homecoming está a la vuelta de la esquina! ¡Estamos muy contentos de celebrar con una semana completa de diversión de la Semana de Espíritu! Animamos a todos los estudiantes y el personal a unirse a participar en la Semana de Espíritu es una gran manera de mostrar el orgullo escolar y construir conexiones.
Junto con la Semana del Espíritu, tendremos un Pep Rally especial el jueves 2 de octubre para celebrar nuestros equipos deportivos de otoño, jugar algunos partidos y disfrutar de un tiempo juntos como comunidad escolar.
El Homecoming Baile tendrá lugar el viernes 3 de octubre de 5:00–9:00 pm.
- Entradas: 10 $ anticipada (23, 25 y 26 de septiembre) / 15 $ a partir de esa fecha
- Requisitos: Pasar todas las clases, 85%+ asistencia, no infracciones disciplinarias de 4+, y acuerdo de nivel de grado sometido.
- Para garantizar la seguridad de todos los estudiantes y que todos lleguen a casa a tiempo, les pedimos que los estudiantes sean recogidos puntualmente a las 9:00 pm.
El espíritu escolar es algo que construimos entre todos, y esperamos ver a todo el mundo con su ropa de espíritu, animando a nuestros estudiantes y haciendo de esta semana de Homecoming una semana para recordar.
El pasado miércoles, 24 de septiembre, el personal, los estudiantes y las familias participaron en un taller de Conozca sus Derechos en respuesta al aumento de la presencia de ICE en nuestra comunidad. 返校节（Homecoming) 即将到来！我们很高兴能在精神周中尽情享受欢乐的氛围！我们鼓励所有学生和教职员工加入并参与精神周活动，这是展现学校自豪感和建立联系的绝佳时机。
为配合精神周，我们将于 10 月 2 日星期四举行一次特别的学生动员大会来庆祝我们的秋季运动队，玩游戏以及享受学校社区的共同时光。
返校(Homecoming)舞会将于 10 月 3 日星期五 17:00时 至 21:00 时举行。
- 门票：预售价为 10 美元（9 月 23 日、25 日和 26 日）/正常销售价为 15 美元
- 要求 所有课程及格，出勤率 85% 以上，无 4 次以上违纪行为，并提交年级协议。
- 为确保所有学生的安全和按时回家，我们要求学生在晚上 21:00时 准时回家。
