Students enrolled in the bilingual program will take the ACCESS assessment to assess their level of development in academic English. This test helps indicate when your student is ready to transition to the general program. The exam consists of 4 domains that assess understanding and proficiency levels in the following areas:
- Listening
- Reading
- Writing
- Speaking
Support your student's success by making sure they attend school every day during the testing window: January 22-February 8. Students should eat a good breakfast, arrive by 8 AM, and be rested.
