Affordable Housing - This workshop informs attendees about various CHA waitlists, the difference between Public Housing, low-income housing, eligibility requirements, application processes and maintaining eligibility
Senior Housing - To inform attendees about Senior Housing eligibility requirements, age limitation, application processes and site visits
HCV Landlords - The purpose of this workshop is to inform and educate attendees about, Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Homeowner's program​, Fair housing regulations , HCV Owners eligibility requirements​, HCV Tenant eligibility Requirement and Process of acquiring HCV tenants
All of their services are free and we are HUD certified.
