Letter to Self

As you write the letter to yourself, think about the following questions.

What have you done well this year? What do you do well in general?
What challenges have you overcome, recently and throughout your life? Why does that make you proud of yourself?
Think about what you need to hear right now. Maybe you need encouragement, validation, or someone to say “I love you just as you are.” Write it to yourself.
What things are you looking forward to in the future?
What do you love and appreciate about yourself? This can be anything from your ability to talk about the color of your eyes.
Consider a time when someone said something that made you feel loved or good about yourself. What were some of the words they used or things they said that moved you?

Try it out! Create two truths and lie on your own! Also, we'd love to know more about your heritage. Turn them in when you are done so we can showcase them on Fridays!
