RS1 Biology - When faced with a problem, how do you figure it out? This course focuses on how science can be used as a tool to understand and explain the living world. In this course students will be tasked with “thinking as scientists”, by asking questions, gathering information and using logical reasoning; “communicating like scientists”, by accurately recording and sharing ideas, use visual representations, such as graphs, charts, diagrams, etc, to track and analyze data; as well as “cooperate like scientists”, by working together with peers to collaborate, expand their knowledge and thinking, repeat investigations and replicate processes.
