Dear BOYCP School Community,
It is always a Great Day to be a Bobcat! Join us in celebrating our incredible student-athletes and scholars for their recent record-breaking achievements. Our Boys Swimming team made a huge splash by becoming Conference Champions, while our Bobcat Cheerleading team demonstrated incredible skill and spirit to take 3rd place in the City of Chicago Championship Tournament.
In addition to our athletic success, we are thrilled to announce that five of our seniors have secured life-changing academic honors. Four Bobcat Seniors were awarded the prestigious Posse Scholarship, and one Bobcat Senior was awarded the QuestBridge Scholarship. These five students will be attending highly selective universities with full-ride scholarships, covering all costs for the next four years. We are so proud of their hard work and dedication!
As a friendly reminder, Progress Reports were sent home with students today! Please take a moment this weekend to sit down with your student to review their current grades and discuss their academic progress. If your student needs a little extra help or simply a quiet place to get ahead on assignments, we encourage them to take advantage of Bobcat Business Hour. Tutoring is available for all students every Tuesday and Wednesday from 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM in the Media Center

¡Siempre es un gran día para ser un Bobcat! Únase a nosotros para celebrar los increíbles logros de nuestros estudiantes-atletas y académicos, que han batido récords recientemente. Nuestro equipo masculino de natación causó sensación al proclamarse campeón de la conferencia, mientras que nuestro equipo de animadoras Bobcat demostró una habilidad y un espíritu increíbles al quedar en tercer lugar en el torneo del campeonato de la ciudad de Chicago.
Además de nuestro éxito deportivo, nos complace anunciar que cinco de nuestros estudiantes de último año han obtenido honores académicos que cambiarán sus vidas. Cuatro estudiantes de último año de Bobcat recibieron la prestigiosa beca Posse, y uno de ellos recibió la beca QuestBridge. Estos cinco estudiantes asistirán a universidades altamente selectivas con becas completas, que cubrirán todos los gastos durante los próximos cuatro años. ¡Estamos muy orgullosos de su arduo trabajo y dedicación!
Como recordatorio amistoso, ¡hoy se han enviado a casa los informes de progreso con los alumnos! Por favor, dedique un momento este fin de semana a sentarse con su hijo para revisar sus calificaciones actuales y hablar sobre su progreso académico. Si su hijo necesita un poco de ayuda adicional o simplemente un lugar tranquilo para adelantarse en sus tareas, le animamos a que aproveche el Bobcat Business Hour. Hay clases particulares disponibles para todos los alumnos todos los martes y miércoles de 3:30 p. m. a 4:30 p. m. en el centro multimedia.

除体育成就外，我们欣喜宣布五位应届毕业生荣获改变人生的学术荣誉。四名山猫毕业生获得声望卓著的Posse奖学金，其中一人更斩获QuestBridge奖学金。这五位学子将凭借全额奖学金进入顶尖大学深造，未来四年所有费用均获覆盖。我们为他们的辛勤付出和坚定奉献感到无比自豪！
温馨提示：今日已将学生进展报告随学生带回家！请您在本周末抽空与孩子共同审阅当前成绩，探讨学业进展。若您的孩子需要额外辅导或安静的学习空间完成作业，欢迎利用“山猫辅导时段”。每周二、三下午3:30至4:30，所有学生均可参加本校提供的课外辅导课程。
