  • 1 Custodian (Custodians will be responsible for common area cleaning and disinfection at the end of each clinic.  Health providers will be responsible for wiping down and sanitizing the clinic area (tables/chairs surfaces) between vaccinations and during clinic operation.)

  • Registration
    • 1 six foot table
    • 2 chairs
    • 1 garbage can
  • Vaccine Stations / Vaccine Draw/Reconstitution
    • 3 six foot tables
    • 6 chairs
    • 3 garbage cans

• Observation
  • 15 chairs
