Brooke Clark
ABOUT ME
This is my seventh year teaching-- fifth at Back of the Yards. Before joining BOYCP, I taught in Texas where I was born and raised. I earned my BA in English from the University of Texas at Arlington and MA in Teaching English from Texas Woman's University. I'm passionate about writing and literature. We will do a lot of writing and reading together this year, so I'm excited to learn and grow with you!
On campus, I teach honors English I & DP literature. I am also the head softball coach (Go Lady Bobcats!) and the co-sponsor for the Bombcats (Boom!), which is the poetry club on campus. Frankly, I love what I do, and I feel so lucky be a part of the BOYCP community.
